Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or other countries at this time.

What shipping costs

Standard shipping is $5 for orders under $60 and free when the merchandise subtotal is $60 or more after discounts. Everything in our current catalog counts toward that total, even if you mix product types. You'll see the shipping charge and any applicable tax before you place your order.

When to expect your order

We make each item after you order, then ship it. Please allow about 5–13 business days from the day you order to delivery, including production and shipping. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Weekends and public holidays aren't business days, and stock issues, busy periods, or carrier delays can add time.

Items from one order may arrive in separate packages. We'll email tracking information as it becomes available.

Need to correct something?

Please double-check your address, size, and color before checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@cilantroversy.com right away with your order number. We'll tell you whether we can make the change; it depends on how far production has progressed and isn't confirmed until we reply.

If delivery goes wrong

If a package is missing, delayed, or stops moving in tracking, email support@cilantroversy.com with your order number. We'll investigate and help resolve it. For refund and replacement details, see our return and refund policy.

If we can't ship within the timeframe promised for your order, we'll contact you with a revised estimate and your cancellation and refund options.
