Refund policy

Need a different size? On your first Cilantroversy order, you can request one free size replacement for one tee within 30 days of delivery. Choose another available size in the same design and color. Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is included. Keep or donate the original. This is one replacement tee per customer’s first order.

Something arrived wrong or damaged? Contact support@cilantroversy.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, if possible. We’ll help verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item at no extra charge. This is separate from the sizing offer. Contact us promptly about missing packages so we can investigate.

Changed your mind? Our products are made after you order, so we don’t routinely accept change-of-mind returns or refunds. This does not limit remedies for defective, incorrect or undelivered items, or your rights under applicable law.

Changes and cancellations: Contact us immediately. We can make a change or cancel only while production still allows it; your request is confirmed only when we reply. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; your payment provider determines when the credit appears.
